All new students must fill out the Student Agreement and waiver, prior to participating in any class or lesson. No exceptions will be made. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.
If you are sick please do not come to class! We love you, but please don’t share your germs. Be respectful of others health and safety.
Wash your hands vigorously before and after each class.
No visitors or observers in the studio at this time.

- Out of respect for your instructor(s) and fellow classmates as well as your own body, please do your best to arrive on time.
- All participants must be 18 years of age or older with the exception of specific teen or children-designated classes.
- If you are under 18 years of age, we require a parental consent. This is for insurance liability purposes and no exceptions can be made.
- NO guests are allowed during class. Guest can be a distraction for everyone in the class. Parents of children under 18 are welcome to stay. But we ask that you do not distract or talk to your child during class.
Class Attire

- Wear tight fitting yoga style clothing that covers the backs of your knees and lower back. (No zippers, velcro, buttons, rivets, or anything that may catch or snag the fabrics)
- Properly fitting Masks, that stay on, are required to be worn by ALL STUDENTS NO EXCEPTION
- Remove all jewelry (including wedding/engagement rings!) before participating in class. Anything that can get caught on yourself, another person, or an apparatus is a danger to you, others, and the equipment.
- Tie back long hair
- Photos are allowed during class, with students consent. But please no videos.
- No long or fake fingernails
- No hand lotions or strong perfumes
Cancelations and No show policies
- No Refunds or exchanges. (Please don’t make this awkward)
- Your spot is reserved once you’ve paid in full. This spot is reserved for you. Meaning no one else can sign up.
- Please be respectful, private lesson must be canceled at least 24 hours before the schedule time, other wise payment in full is due.
- Please inform your instructor if you are unable to attend class.
- In the event of low enrollment, PT arts academy reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop. We make every effort possible to guarantee the class you registered for will run. However, in the event it doesn’t, we will contact you in a timely manner.
- Classes with less than 3 students signed up are subject to cancellation at the instructors discretion. If the class is cancelled with less that 24 hours notice, you will receive a text or call from your instructor. The credit for the cancelled class can be transferred to a future class.
- Classes with 2 student may still run, at the instructors digression, 90 minute classes will be shortened to 60 minute class.
- It is rare that we would have to cancel class due to inclement weather or outside circumstances (injury or death) but in the event we do, you will be contacted by your instructor and a special make-up class or refund will be arranged.
General Policies
- Be respectful and do not distract students while they are working in the air.
- See Something say something, if you feel unsafe speak up!
- Students please refrain from teaching other students. This is 100% about safety and liability.
- Respect the space. Keep it clean. Please hang up coats and purses.
- Keep the benches clear of personal items.
- No outside shoes on the mats
- If you touch any apparatus, you must have a mat underneath you at all times.
- No jumping off of any apparatus.
- Keep any negative comments about others to yourself. We don’t tolerate it at all.
- Know your limits. It’s fun to try crazy stuff, but form and physical capabilities are the most critical to successs
- Ask for help, spotting, or anything else from us. We will never get upset if you ask for safety help, or any help for that matter.
- Recognize signs of fatigue.
- Alcohol or drugs are not allowed to be consumed before any physical activities at the studio. We reserve the right to refuse service, WITHOUT refund or credit, to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated or may be a danger to self or others.
- Please inform your instructor if you are pregnant.
If you have recently given birth, please check with a physician for clearance before taking any aerial classes. Enrollment may be permitted in our ground-based classes during pregnancy as long as a doctor’s release is provided for that specific type of exercise. - Students will have to wait their turn. Students who are distracting to the instructor or other students will be asked to sit out or leave the class. Repeat offenders may to asked not to return. A refund will not be given.
- Feel free to tell us if you don’t want to do something. We’re not in the business of forcing you to do things you don’t want to do. We may try to convince you, but at the end of the day it’s your class!
It is perfectly fine to say “no” - Know your limits, but challenge yourself, and most importantly have fun!
